Unfortunately, our skincare products are not entirely natural. While our goal is to create products that are both "clean" and "natural," achieving this standard is extremely challenging. A developing benchmark for natural skincare involves formulations with botanical extracts, free from dyes, fragrances, parabens, sulfates, and cyclic silicones. We are committed to maintaining high standards, transparency, and honesty. Although I cannot guarantee 100% natural formulations, I am dedicated to consistently improving our products with safer, more intentional choices. What is the Shelf Life of the products?

Are Our Products Cruelty-Free?

Will extreme hot or cold weather affect the products during shipping?

During warm weather, some products may soften or melt during shipping. Upon receipt, simply place the jar on a flat surface at room temperature, and the product will return to its original consistency within a few hours. This will not affect the product's performance or quality. During colder winter months, low temperatures should not impact the integrity of the products.
